What We Collect

We collect personal information you give us directly, including your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and vehicle details (if you save a vehicle to your garage or request a fitment quote).

If you create an account, we also hold your order history, saved addresses, and any photos and vehicle details you choose to upload to our customer gallery. If you sign up to our newsletter, we hold the email address you provide.

Gallery photos you submit are reviewed before publication and, once approved, are shown publicly on the site and may be used in our marketing and advertising - see the Customer Gallery & User-Generated Content section of our Terms & Conditions for the specific licence you grant us when you submit one.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details - these are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and never pass through our own servers.

How We Collect It

Directly from you, when you create an account, sign in (including via Google), place an order, submit our quote form, sign up for our newsletter, or upload a photo to our gallery.

Automatically, in a limited way, when our bot-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks that form submissions are coming from a real person rather than automated software - this involves processing your IP address and some technical signals about your browser.

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site, each of whom only receives what they need to do their job:

• Stripe - processes payments and stores your payment method securely; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the billing/shipping details you enter there.
• Zip (or another buy-now-pay-later provider) - only if you choose that payment option at checkout, in which case your application and repayment details are handled directly between you and them, under their own privacy policy.
• Supabase - hosts our database, handles account authentication, and stores uploaded gallery photos.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) - verifies that form submissions on our site aren't automated abuse.
• EmailJS - delivers quote-request form submissions to our team's inbox.
• Google - only if you choose to sign in with Google, in which case authentication is handled under Google's own privacy policy.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use a small, essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and isn't sent to us until you check out.

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers.

Why We Collect It

To process and deliver your orders, provide fitment advice and quotes, respond to enquiries, maintain your account, and - where you've opted in - send you marketing about deals and new stock. If you don't provide the information we need for a given purpose (e.g. a delivery address), we may not be able to complete that request.

How Long We Keep It

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal and tax obligations. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal information at any time, subject to records we're required to retain by law.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing, at any time by contacting us using the details below. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can also raise a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold, including relying on Stripe and Supabase's own security practices for the data they process on our behalf. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our services change. The current version will always be available on this page.
